委託流程及條款
Commission Process

① 委託申請 Commission Request

 

 

請以 電郵 或網站表格提交委託申請，並提供以下資料：

Please submit your commission request via email or the website form, including:

 

• 作品用途（出版／宣傳／個人收藏等）

  → Purpose of the artwork (publishing, promotion, personal use, etc.)

• 尺寸與比例

  → Size and format

• 主題、風格及參考資料（如有）

  → Theme, style, and any visual references

• 截止日期（Deadline）

  → Project deadline

 

 

所有委託會根據內容及時程評估是否接案。

Requests will be reviewed based on content and timeline feasibility.

不接受模糊指示或「自由發揮」類要求。

Vague or open-ended briefs (e.g., “do whatever you like”) will not be accepted.

② 報價與確認 Quotation & Confirmation

 

 

收到資料後，我會提供 正式報價、交稿時間表 及 付款細節。

A formal quotation, timeline, and payment details will be provided upon review.

 

確認後需支付 50%訂金 以保留檔期。

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project slot.

 

訂金確認後視為正式委託。未付訂金者不開工。

The commission is confirmed only after the deposit is received. No work begins before payment.

③ 草稿階段 Sketch Phase

 

 

我會提供初稿確認構圖、角色姿勢及整體氛圍。

A draft will be provided to confirm composition, pose, and overall tone.

 

此階段可進行 最多兩次修改（不包括細微顏色調整）。

Up to two revisions are allowed at this stage (minor color tweaks excluded).

 

草稿確認後，若需大幅改動（如構圖、人物姿勢等），需另行報價。

Once the sketch is approved, major changes (e.g. pose or layout) will incur extra fees.

④ 成品階段與付款Final Artwork & Payment

 

 

上色完成後，我會提供預覽圖供確認。

A preview will be sent for final confirmation before delivery.

 

確認後，客戶需支付 餘下 50% 尾款 才會交付高解析度檔案。

After approval, the remaining 50% balance must be paid before receiving the full-resolution file.

 

交付後再要求修改，將視為新委託另行報價。

Further revisions after delivery are considered a new commission.

⑤ 交稿與使用權 Delivery & Usage Rights

 

 

版權歸畫師所有，客戶僅擁有 使用權。

Copyright remains with the artist. The client receives usage rights only.

 

未經書面同意，不得改圖、轉售或交予第三方再製。

No modification, resale, or transfer to third parties is allowed without written consent.

⑥ 延期與取消條款Delay & Cancellation Policy

 

 

如需延期，請於原定交期 至少一星期前通知。

To request a delay, please notify at least one week before the original deadline.

 

任何延期或額外修改，可能需支付額外費用。

Additional fees may apply for schedule changes or extended revisions.

 

若於草稿確認後取消委託，訂金不退。

If the commission is canceled after sketch approval, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

若畫師因個人原因無法完成作品，將 全額退款。

If the artist is unable to complete the work, a full refund will be issued.

⑦ 溝通方式 Communication

 

 

所有正式溝通以 電郵/WeChat/Line/Whatsapp 為主，以方便留底。

All official communication will be conducted via email /WeChat/Line/Whatsapp for record-keeping.

 

不接受以社交媒體訊息作為正式修改指示。

Social media messages are not accepted as valid revision requests.

 

請保持禮貌及專業，本人亦會以相同態度回應。

Please maintain a professional and respectful tone — I will do the same.

⑧ 關於合作關係 About the Working Relationship

 

本人與委託方之關係為 商業合作，不涉及私人或情感性互動。

The relationship between the artist and client is strictly professional, not personal or emotional.

 

金錢與合約條款是雙方合作的基礎。

Payment and contract terms form the foundation of the collaboration.

 

請勿混淆友誼與商業合作。

Please do not confuse friendship with a business collaboration.

 

尊重、清晰與信任，是令作品達到最佳效果的關鍵。

Mutual respect, clarity, and trust ensure the best creative results.

⑨ 關於投資及分紅 Investment & Royalty Policy

 

 

本人 不接受任何形式的投資、分紅或未來收益分成提議。

I do not accept any form of investment, royalty-sharing, or future profit-based collaboration proposals.

 

所有委託均為一次性付費服務，費用基於當前工作內容與時間計算。

All commissions are one-time paid services, priced according to the scope and time of the current project.

 

任何以「投資作品」「支持未來收益」「合作分紅」等名義提出的要求，將被視為無效並即時中止洽談。

Any offers under terms like “investing in your art,” “sharing future profits,” or “royalty-based cooperation” will be declined immediately, and discussion will be terminated.

 

這是一項明確的 商業交易，非合作開發或長期投資計劃。

This is a professional commission, not a joint venture or long-term investment scheme.
